Red Sea 850 XXL Custom Stand

Just picked up a used Red Reefer 850 XXL. the stand is not in the best of condition. I have a custom wooden stand that would would perfect, but I want to know if this is allowed with these style of tanks. I don’t have a warranty since second hand, but also don’t want to compromise anything. Thoughts?

I have a reefer 750XXL with the stock stand. I am not a huge fan of the stand and I think my next tank will be a custom tank and stand. The one thing I would question is the cost of the stand is high enough that it might make more sense just to replace the tank and stand. When I purchased my XXL750 I was quoted $2,000 for a custom tank of the same dimensions and $4,000 for the stand and canopy. A brand new 750 with the stand was $4,000 and I paid $800 for a floating canopy. So If i were to buy a custom stand for my current tank it might be $2500 for the stand-alone. Given that I can get a whole new 750xxl for $4500 with a complete warranty. It might be worth just getting a new tank. I plan on my tank being up for 10 years so I would feel better with a brand new warrantied untouched tank if I were springing for a custom stand.
