Red Sea 850 XXL

Hello! I am picking up a Red Sea 850 XXL this weekend. I am truly not sure if it’s G1 or G2.

When did the G1 come out, and also when did the G2 come out? Would like it to be a G2 but said he has had 3-5 years at this Doctor’s office.

I don’t want to buy a liability. I have researched the center now issue already on the 750 XXL. Does this exclude or include the 850? Anything else I need to be on the look out for? Thank you in advance!

You should inquire with Red Sea and see if there is a retro upgrade they provide before you complete your purchase.

Can't help on the tank failure issues, but that is going to be an absolutely beauty when you get it up and running!

I looked into the center brace retro and the 850 is not effected. I am debating on simply Eurobracing it myself.
