Yes but still good for 6 months. Simply refrigerate it to extend the life. At my LFS, these were sell by dates- not do not use dates.

i bought it 2 days ago
i dont undestand why the inner label say 1/24 and the outter 1/24 23

LFS say 1/24 that is one year from now

It's possible that the 23 is just a batch number or something else entirely. The fact that this year happens to be 2023 could just be a coincidence.
