Red Sea AB+ question.

Getting deeper and deeper into corals, (soft, LPS only) I'm ordering the Red Sea AB+. I was curious about a couple things. Which is better, spot or direct tank feeding? Can I feed my 2 clowns and 1 fire shrimp at the same time? I feed them Hikari Spirulina, Brine Shrimp.

i toss 10mil AB+ daily.. Broadcast AB+ daily and 1 or 2 weekly direct feedings of mysis/reefriods. I dont think i've ever direct fed AB+.

I don't know which is better but I do a broadcast feeding and let my pump do the work.
