Red Sea AB Vs reefroids

They both do the job and I don’t know if you could say either are actually better, unless there has been some scientific study.

I use both mixed together but only once every 2 weeks, you only really need daily dosing in my opinion if you are zero nutrient levels, which is not a good place to be.

I agree with SPR1968. I'm new to the hobby since I've only been into it 1.5 years. However, since the time I started to put corals in, I think I may have fed them a combo of ReefRoids mixed with Red Sea Coral Nutrition A and B (individual bottles) a handful of times. I do mix different type of eggs into the regular feedings a couple of times a week and they seem to make their way into many of the corals. (most are acans, zoas, frogspawn and torches). I don't even feed the anemones; the clowns take care of that along with the lights. (i run 6 ATI - T5s and 1 actinic ReefBrite strip.)
