Red Sea aquarium missing pieces

I ordered a Red Sea MAX E-170 45 gallon from saltwateraquarium.com I received this about a week ago and was waiting to set it up after moving furniture, this evening I go to start getting it ready, I open the box that had the cabinet pieces (it comes in a separate box) I take all the pieces out, get all the tools that are needed, I get to the instructions, number 1. And the very first piece is missing! I assume I'm loosing my mind since I had literally just taken all of the pieces out 5 minutes prior and later them out, so I count the number I'm supposed to have (6) I count the number I have (4) I am so upset right now. After a quick google search, I am even more disappointed that this seems like a normal thing to have happen!
I've emailed saltwater aquarium, is there anything else that I should do, and has this happened to anyone else on here?
