Red Sea Ayo plus

Has anyone had issues with the Red Sea ATO plus water level sensor? I have to keep setting it to the first two pins on bottom but eventually it fills all the way to the top of the sensor and it’s not effecting my salinity.it’s loading way to much R/O water in my tank .as you can see from photo it’s set now but by the time I get home the water level is at the very top .it’s supposed to shut off when it hits third sensor from the bottom

Sorry I don't have anything more helpful to offer. Have you checked the Red Sea forum on R2R? There's usually a dedicated thread or two to any devices people are having issues with.
