Im on the last step to getting calcium number but I’m not sure what number to read. Do I read number where the water level is at or do I read the black part of the syringe?

When you fill the syringe, don’t worry about the air gap firstly. Second set the bottom of the plunger at 1ml. Then read again where the plunger stops.
