Yes, it's about salt again.
So I mixed RSCP salt with RO water for 1.5 hours then I store in 5 gallons container and it sit there for few days, I just opened the container and use some salt in my tank BUT the water in container become MILKY WHITE color. What's happen? Does anyone having same issue with this RSCP salt?
***I usually mix then use the water right away and store 5 gallons for filling when I have a long drip acclimation progress, I don't ever have this problem with Instant Ocean Salt.

I believe the bucket says you need to use it within a few hours of mixing, otherwise I wouldn't be surprised about getting some precipitates due to the high amount of calcium and alkalinity in that mix if it gets the chance to sit still long enough.

I had the same issue when I was RSCP salt. I got advised from the other forum that it is ok to use the premix saltwater even if milky so I did and did not see any ill effect on my system. I was also told that it was due to high Calcium which could precipitate if not used right away specially during higher temperature days. I did continue to use the entire bucket of rscp salt but once I finished it, I then switched to Tropic Marin Pro. No more cloudy water for me :)

Alright, thanks everyone.
So no more store premixed water for me, I like RSCP and my live stock love it too so I'll continue using it but I'm not storing it /cheer
