Somewhere I read that Red Sea customer support is terrible! And just a few days ago confirmed first hand, there customer service is unsatisfactory. My wife purchase a complete setup RSM 130D just a year ago from a LFS that we just found out there are longer in business. So a fellow hobbyist told me to contact the manufacturer Red Sea online. I had told them that my tank crack. And they requested the Erick number located behind the hood and serial number behind the tank, and to send a picture of the tank. Asking me where the crack started from top to bottom or bottom to top! Are they serious?

2nd Reply from Amanda she said my supervisor said they will sent you a brand new replacement tank only, and I will have to pay the shipping.
To myself I said the tank is all I need, I can use my hood, skimmer and everything else to put the tank together, no problem. I was thinking the shipping maybe $60-$75 I can swing that...so I was jazz! I responded OK,

3rd Reply the amount to ship is $235.28 to ship the tank. Unless I can provided a receipt of purchase. They ask me the name of the LFS provided even contact number, but they are out of business explained in the initial request.

Here is a company who has been around for awhile, there setup start from $1200 to $6000 not cheap. And cannot pay the shipping! I also found out in order to get a replacement tank only you can not get one from an authorized dealer or representative. The only way via Red Sea headquarters. So I'm screw!!
