Red Sea diaphragm to spears valve?

I’m trying to convert my Red Sea Max E 170 over to standard. I’ve already take care of the 25mm emergency drain and 25mm return pipe, however I don’t have a place to put the 32mm to 1” slip coupler above the diaphragm in order to use the spears valve. Can anyone give me a hand with this? Or should I just use the diaphragm and hard plumb it from the diaphragm down?
