Hi everyone - I am receiving a red sea DIY screen after two recent fish deaths where i think my angel bullied the fish to jump out
My tank. I run a 75 gallon FOWLR tank with an in tank skimmer and an intake/outtake inside my tank. Its a typical aqueon standars tank. The in tank equipment is set up in two different corners. I am wondering if i can set up my screen to have two of the cutouts/zigzags be located on the corners or would that compromise its strength?

you can yes, I have a bunch of cutouts. As you keep fitting it together it starts to get a bit loose. I assembled my entire top and put it on my tank. When you look at it you can see the plastic corner piece through the slot in the aluminum. I pushed my frame against the glass, and into each spot that I wanted it to be. Once I had the frame positioned how I wanted it I flowed a bit of super glue into the slot and let it bond the plastic fitting to the aluminum. I left it sit for day and put the fabric on after it fully cured. It is pretty solid now.
