Thinking we should have not taken this trickier one on so early (December 2018 start up)... but any advice on reviving our lovely red sea fan / gorgonia?

The first week or so looked healthy & covered with white polyps but then a few days needed cleaning alot of algae off & now the tips are stripped to white & no more polyps to be seen :-(

Have been pippette feeding it reef roids & phytoplankton. Water values all fine (can check again values tomorrow & add here). Live copropods & artemesia feeding once a week at least.

Is the positioning in the tank ok? The fan is placed behind it to get max flow.

Anything else we can do to give it a boost of health?

Beautiful tank BTW. Very nice. Did you acclimate the "fan" by turning down the lights a bit for a few days? Consider feeding just after the lights do down and just before the light come on in the morning.
