Red Sea Fish ID

My parents were in Israel last month and came across this fish. Can someone let me know what it is please?

bicolor parrotfish? Were you diving? Red Sea is one place on my list
 
Looks like a daisy parrotfish, Chlorurus sordidus. (The Latin on this one puzzles me ... I can find nothing sordid about this fish . . . )

I've got a deep fondness for parrotfish, and that one's a beauty! Almost certainly a terminal male - females will look very different.
