If you use red sea foundation pro, how do you fill your syringe? Do you keep the pointy tip on when sucking up the solution or take it off then put it on when testing? The instructions show leaving it on and filling it up to where the plunger is at 1ml but then my liquid is at 8 ml so when I'm finished do I count where the plunger is or the liquid?

Ok, you leave the tip on. You count where the bottom of the plunger is at, that will fill the syringe to the proper amount.

I have it.. can't tell the difference between the colors so it doesnt do me any good. That's probably my own issue but I can't be the only one.
