Alright, I'm finally getting around to posting the golden butterfly for sale. He's been hanging out in the QT in Austin for 4 weeks now roughly. He's eating frozen and looks happy and healthy. One caveat... He ate chunks of my orange fungia plate and picks at acros. To defend his honor, everywhere he picked on the acros, the polyps came back out the next day.

Anyways, not sure I want to chance him with my goni collection and long-tentacle fungia plate in my display so off he goes.

I'll split actual shipping costs for anybody who wants it and needs it shipped.

I have Styrofoam shipping containers, 40-hr heat packs, and oxygen so shipping is not big deal minus the cost of it.

$200, shipping cost split if shipping needed.

We'll just call it $200 shipped. A very kind and gracious reefer on the forums has offered to give me a heavily discounted shipping option. What a great community! [emoji106][emoji106]

Oh, and he's a little over 3".

Awesome fish. Great seller as well. See you around Austin Ty. Fish looks super healthy.

Aww, why's he gotta nip at acros!!
You're telling me! My emperor nipped like crazy when first introduced too but hasn't nipped since and I've had him for 3 months now roughly. I would hope that this guy does the same, especially since all the polyps were back out the next day.

The main reason I'm not keeping him is he attacked my fungia plate and would have eaten it if I didn't stop him. I'm afraid he'll go after my prized gonipora collection so I'm not going to risk it for that. If I had just acros, I'd totally put him in despite the nipping as I'll hedge my bets he'll stop once he realizes he's not getting any food from them.

Beautiful fish. I just got a kleins that first thing he did was pick at a Green Nepthea and also my stags. I hope he can settle down but am worried I will have to trap his butt and send him packing.
