Would 2 Red Sea LED 90w fixtures provide enough coverage for a standard 4ft 75g tank? Red Sea's website is showing good coverage over a 24"×24" area which would make 2 fixtures perfect. I am upgrading from 2 old PFO 250w DE metal halides. Red Sea's specs are also showing better PAR numbers, my 250w only put out mid 200s par in the middle of the tank and only 350 par at the surface directly under the bulbs. How is the spread on the 90w LED in the real world?

Yes they would work perfectly for that. They have incredible power at depth in my experience. I would say that the 24x24 is accurate unless you raise them higher.

Any thoughts on 2 Hydra 26 HDs or 32 HDs instead of the Reef LED?

The red sea light is simpler but both are nice. I havent seen the new ai hydra in person yet but they look nice and I liked the look of my older prime hd. I think Any of those options are nice.

2 of either of the Hydras good for a 4 ft 75g tank? The price of the 32s is do-able and I can find 26s on clearance still making them more appealing. About to make a purchase just need to decided on 1 of the 3. I like the Hydras but also like the extra PAR from the Reef LED and the easy of use is a nice plus. Which ones would you pics for a 75g mixed reef that will be sps heavy in the future.

Just to throw a curve ball in the mix, I have a 75g 4' and if I would redo it I would have gotten 4 smaller lights like the AI primes or radion xr15s.

You get better coverage and spread being able to have the light pucks spread apart.

PAR on any of these lights will get you to 500+ if you crank them up.

Well now just to make things more difficult LFS has 2 used Gen 2 XR -30s for $300 each. I dont like the used factor of LED and the much older version of the XR-30. On the other hand its XR-30s and this is the only way I could ever afford Radions. Or should I stick with new lights and a warranty?

Either of them are fine. If the price isnt a factor, get the 32. I still prefer the red sea due to its simplicity and amount of dedicated useable light but I also really like the color of both.
