I have two 90 Red Sea LED units. (I am in the UK) today one of the lights stopped working. But the issue I have is that I cannot get the app to work. I enter my email address and the password and go to enter but the app just throws me out and I am back on the apps on my iPhone and if I open the ReefBeats app I get the same issue email and password hit the next button and round and around I go.
I sent a message to Red Sea (ReefBeat) and explained this and for some reason they want to send me a replacement head? it is an app issue but I cannot get them to understand this. Can you understand what my problems is???? if anyone knows how I get the app to work I would be so pleased to hear it. I have only one light on my tank working and I am sure I will have some unhappy corals soon.
