Hello,
Brand new newbie here! Just set up my 170 max e tank, my goal is keeping seahorses only. How do I reduce the flow?

Welcome to R2R!! I'm not familiar with that system but a controllable DC return pump would be a good place to start. It will allow you to dial down your flow from return.. be sure to check out our seahorse section of the forum.
