So we started a new tank this week with a Red Sea Max-E 260 and I filled it back on Thursday. After filling I noticed that it’s about 3/16” lower in front than back and perfect side to side. When I look at the leveling mat there is no compression at the very back. With a level it is within the center bubble lines but I’m needing to know if this is safe? Zero sloshing with all pumps running. Thanks in advance

If you want it dead level, you are going to have to drain the tank and level it when empty. Also, looking at the pictures, there is only about an inch clearance from the wall. You will have to have access to all the feet on the back of the stand to get it perfect. It may not be worth the trouble so if you can overlook it, I'd leave it as it is. As long as all the feet are firmly on the floor, you shouldn't have any problem at all.

I went through this Saturday with my RSR 170. It was about the same as yours. It had to be shimmed from back to front, but i've got 4-1/2" of space behind the tank, which made it easier to access the rear feet. It's not dead level, but its pretty close and visually, you can't notice the difference.

Good luck with the new tank!
