Red Sea Max Frame Bracket Rubber Pieces What are They For?

Purchased my RSM C130 used and found these laying in the tank, from a google search they appear to be frame brackets but I have no idea for what. Anyone know where they are meant to be used.

I had an E170 a while back. Those are just rubber pieces that can be pressed into the cable channel on the back of the tank to help hold the cables in.
