Red Sea max nano skimmer not working?

Hey. So my skimmer was working fine for about a week. Then as of an hour ago it doesn’t allow the bubbles to enter the collection tube. It is still bubble but noting rises up the tube. I took apart the pump and checked the air tube. Not sure why it’s not working correctly.

Sometimes.the air tube gets clogged with salt. Did you try soaking it?

Pull the gate up a bit if you haven't adjusted it. Watch out for the collection cup overflowing though as it will go right down the back side of the tank onto the floor, ask me how I know. Lol.

Sometimes they just need a good disassemble and deep cleaning.

Did you do some maintenance work in your tank? Skimmers usually react to this and need a little time to readjust again, at least in my experience

Same goes for when you clean your collection cup. Then they need some time to settle in again.
