Red Sea Max S 650 Plumbing'

Hi all. Have taken the plunge and bought R S Max S 650. Last encounter with the marine side of things was some 30yrs ago.
Need some advice on plumbing. Do I plumb UV light and ALR3 algae reactor from manifold or separate pumps? I wondered if from manifold, would this reduce the circulation from the aquarium to much? I am sure I will have a few more questions to follow.

If i had the option id run them off a manifold with individual valves to control thier flow. You may need bigger return pump in the end but much cleaner and less pumps and cords.
