Red Sea nano max Upgrades?

I’m looking to add on a few things to my Red Sea Nano max, the main upgrade I’m looking for is the skimmer.. the skimmer that came with the tank I’m not too pleased with and was wondering what other people are using.

How much room (the dimensions) do you have to work with for a new skimmer?

I have relatively 3” of room width wise

You could put as well and algae rector, like the tunze algae reactor 3181.
Place its feed pump in the last chamber, where the return pump is, and the reactor at the cabinet. It would be a little overkill for the size of the tank but if you can pull the trigger would be a great addition! This way you could do the triton system
