Red Sea nitrate and phos test kit help

I recently bought a Red Sea test kit pro becuase of the reviews, I couldn’t afford the Hanna checker for both but wanted to get opinions on the results I had just got for my nitrate

I was wondering what N-No3 means or if it’s what I have or if I need to go to higher range with the test result I got
I am currently doing phosphate and will be posting pictures but would really appreciate anyone’s advice or help in understanding the test kit

this is the high range, I know the pointer on the side is what the level is, but just want to be sure it’s what’s it’s telling me, I want to aim for around 5-10 nitrates

I can never tell the color by doing it this way in any of my tests. I place the tube on the white part of the card (vertically) and then figure out which color is closest.
