Red Sea Parts vendor?

Is there another place to purchase spare parts for the red sea systems; in this case a RS170 reefer?

Looking for the drain barb adapter (part# R422221, not sure of the correct name) that connects the main drain to the drain valve. Emailed support who said they currently did not have the part.

Happy with the tank but it does seem odd that spare parts require a call to support.

Did Red Sea give you an eta on the part that you need?

As far as I know Red Sea direct is the only option. Took me a couple months to catch that same part in stock.

You might check Marine and Reef. If you they carry a lot of Red Sea replacement parts

"...toward the end of the month." Odd that a manufacturer and sole vendor of parts has such a vague time frame.
