Red Sea peninsula 650 deluxe build

Thanks for your response. I’ve had a reef tank for 30 years but the last one I built, which I have now, was 15 years ago so doing my research because a lot has changed. Glad to hear that at least the corals are encrusting it. Would you use the same LifeRock again?

Yes because it’s relatively cheap and easy to stack with no critters but sometimes i miss the critters. I went ahead and put some old Fiji from a fish store in my sump and I’m starting to find brittle stars and stuff but also bubble algae haha

In that picture the height is 11 inches but since redoing the rock work i have moved it to 9 inches which seems to be perfect height for me. I’m getting 300 par at the top of the rocks with red seas recommended hydra settings.
