Red Sea plumbing sounds?

Hello!
I have a Red Sea 170, and I came home from house sitting to this really weird sound. I set it up this past week, is this just the plumbing getting settled? Is this something to worry about? I’m really not sure what to do, and I have to head back soon, this is my first sump system.

The clicking noise?

Sounds like something has gone down the overflow and is banging on the valve.

I'm not familiar with the system, but assuming that is the return to the sump, I'd try opening the valve all the way to clear out the pipe.
