I just wanted to know if anyone has done the Po4 kit low range and high range with the same sample.

I did the low range and got .08 and right after did the high range and got .17

Is there a reason this would be happening and do the salifert kits test better for Po4?

thanks all in advance.

The high range isnt an accurate way to measure your .08 p04.
If its .08 at the low range the high range could show a slight color instead of clear. There is an error factor.
If you want to be as accurate as possible, invest in a hanna.

Fwiw i will test with my low range first, and if its ever right on the edge of the test kits limits, thats the only time i would use the high range to verify if its any higher.

Thank you. I usually use the high range nitrate because I usually get a dark reading anyway. So I look for a slight pink on the high range.
