Was curious where everyone buys their salt. Locally? Online? How much?

I wanted to try and switch over to Red Sea vs. Reef Crystals.

That's the second person who told me to go there. He get's it for same price almost as RC. May have to make the trip out. Open Sundays?

Call first if ya live any distance. He sells alot of RedSea. I always call to make sure he has in stock

I switched to Red Sea from Reef Crystals last year and couldn't be happier. RC had real high alk in fresh mix. 14 DKH if I remember correctly.

I like the lower parameters of the regular Red Sea mix and to dose it where I want it to be.

That way I get no spikes with water changes

So what do you add to it? anything sepcial?

I remember years ago the RSPro mixed to 14dkh also and then started using RC as was cheaper and more available. I never got a high reading using RC, usually 10dkh. But I'm convined every batch can be different no matter RC or RS.

I switched from RC(using it past 4 years) to RSCP, my only regret; why didn't I make the switch earlier.
I love how well it mixes in a short time & how much better my corals look.

Ok, and do you follow their unique instructions? Like letting it mix for no more than 4 hours? Whats your routine?
