Red sea Pro Nitrate Kit Issues

Trying the Red Sea Pro Nitrate kit and I am having issues. Does this look normal?

That is after putting in part B and shaking for 60 seconds. I tried swirling too same result. I also tried doing the high and low range, same results.

I’ve had this same problem before. I just bought a new refill and it was fine. I didn’t contact Red Sea but I bet they would replace it.
