Just did my test for nitrate which I e done many times. This time I did it (after dosing nopox) due to high nitrates and now my test water is clear. No pink at all. I did it twice to be sure. Has anyone had this happen and what does that mean?

You're probably dosing to much nopox since your test is clear, then your nitrates are zero. Try not dosing nopox for a day or 2 and see if your nitrates come back up. Then fine tune your dosing

Tough question because I went from a 65 to a 120. Tank swapped using about 60% the same water/rock/coral ect. And it’s been running for 4 months so I would say yes it’s established

Not necessary has to be dosing to much nopox my nitrates always-came clear like water

I only dosed 5ml a day on a 120g system.

The reason I asked was to ensure the nitrate was not falsely high due to elevated nitrite. It sounds like that would not be the case.
