I use dose Reef Energy A & B about 5 days a week and it's the only coral food that I use.
The days that a feed the fish LRS Reef Frenzy, I do not dose it.

To me it helps coral growth and I have seen my Blasto polyps secrete poo. It definitely keeps the organics up in your reef for coral health.

You need to start a low dose and if you see a greyish matter on your live rock, then cut the dose back until your reef can handle a larger dose.

Most reefers dose it about an hour before lights out with the skimmer off for at least 30 minutes.

and if i can use it how much can i dose for my 54 gallon tank mainly soft coral few lps there
i read that people say becareful with overdose but really dont say how much to dose..
well read it on the reviews on amazon sorry for the so many questions

No worries about the questions.

I'd start with the recommend dose that's on the bottle to see if you get the grey matter. If all is well, I'd build up to a higher dose and your softies and lps will appreciate it and will love you back

I started the Red Sea "Colors" program over a year ago and it did make a difference for better coral colors.

So I use Reef Enegy and the Red Sea "Colors".
And you dose the Colors program to your calcium intake.

I did install a calcium reactor a while back that releases skeletal trace elements but I still dose the Colors program at a low dose every other day for tissue trace elements.

When you preform a water change you are replenishing trace elements too. So, the Colors program provides continual trace elements for your corals, in between water changes.

Does that make sense?

Let me look it up.
I was using the ABC+ powder with Colors C & D.
The ABC+ powder already has Colors A & B in that product.

You dose 1ml of colors C & D to every 13.3 grams of the ABC+ powder

Here is what the Color bottles say:
"Add 1 ml for every 10 ml of Red Sea's Reef Foundation A (cal) Liquid."
That's 10% if your using Red Sea A cal liquid.

For other calcium supplements:
Add 1 ml for every 20 ppm of calcium added / 100 liters (26 gallons) of aquarium water
You'd have to do the math on that one.

To me it would be 1 ml to every 20 ppm of calcium intake per about every 25 gallons of water.

I use it and it works great as a food. Its not designed to specifically promote a bunch of different colors but rather overall health through nutrition. Sometime more vibrant colors come with that though. Try it out, follow the directions. If you notice odd algae starting to take root cut back on the dosage little.
