Red Sea reef energy dosing question

I just picked up some Red Sea reef energy A and B but I am confused on the dosing amount. It says 2ml for every 25 gallons. I am not sure if it means 2 mls combined or 2 mls of A and 2 mls of B for a combined amount of 4. Anyone know?

It's 2 each. Only use product if your nutrient level is very low in my opinion. I dose 4 each. For Sps enhanced colors.

My reef is a 150 gallons with rocks and equipment in the equation. I dose 24 ml each every 2 days to keep my nitrates at .01 and also heavy feeding. I run bio pellets. If you overdose you can get a cyano outbreak.

Anyone concerned about overdoing the vitamins that are mixed with the amino reef energy? The color makes me wonder. I have been dosing it every night and using a number of other Amino's during the day.

How long does everyone turn their skimmer off for? Also when do people dose? Day or Night?

I have been turning mine off for about 30 minutes.
