Red Sea Reef Energy questions

I have a few Reef Energy questions.

1. The instructions say 2ml (I have a 32 gallon so I always dose for 25 gallons). Is this 2ml of A and B so 4ml total? I plan on putting on the doser, so I will mix it in a cylinder. My doser stirs every 1/2 hour.

2. The instructions say to turn off the skimmer for 30 minutes, do I still leave my flow on?

3. Do you still feed reef roids (or similar?) or is this a substitute?

4. When do you feed, when everything is open so later in the day with lights on?

Reef energy needs to be refrigerated after opened, if dosing aminos perhaps try acropower?
I dose aminos at night and don't touch the skimmer. I also still broadcast feed roids when I feed the fish.

It's 2 ml for each, they say it should be dosed in equal amounts. Turn the skimmer off and leave the other pumps on. Reef Energy needs to be refrigerated after opening too, so i'm not sure how you could set it up to a dosing pump.
