Hey reefers I have a 5ft tank lps/softies I have 2 Red Sea wave 45 what is a good setting?

8 ft....one side the left one is tilted slightly upward and the right side slightly downward...then the other side us the exact opposite

Yeah 40% is probably plenty. Just observe as it goes.

I would place one on the right and one on the left and have them alternate at maybe 40-50% to start and then see how the corals like it.
