Red Sea Reefer 170 35gallon

Hey guys new to Reef 2 Reef but been mainly on SDreefs forums. I have been into reef keeping for 12 years now and this my newest build and very excited to see what comes of it. It's a 35 gallon Red Sea Reefer 170. Inside I have 1 Miss bar clown fish and a Trima Goby. I have a few nice Frags of Zoas for my zoa garden I'm starting. Amongst it I have 1 pp of Cornbreds Krakatoa God Paly I picked up last night along with 9pp hyper sunny Ds and 3pp red twizzler Zoas. I have some GSP in the top right i know it grows like a weed but always liked the stuff. Equipment wise I'm running the New Radion XR15 G4 , MP10 on the right side, in the sump I have a bubble magus Skimmer and the new Quite drive Vectra Return pump.

On SD reefs I was known for my zoa Garden I made with my previous tank which I lost in a flood so after loosing that I took a little break but starting up again and hitting the ground running here is a pic of what I use to have

Looks like a great start. Sorry to hear about the old tank. Looks like you had great success with it.

How do you like the radion xr15 on the reefer 170? Is it the pro version? I'm starting up a 170 & was planning on getting the xr15 pro.

San Diego is awesome. Went to MACNA & didn't want to come back home.

Ya it's the XR15 Pro. It works perfectly with the 170 has great coverage no dark spots in the tank. You will be able to grown anything under this light. And thank you I miss my old tank but am excited to happy to have this one. My old tank I was running the XR30 Gen2 worked amazing so I'm anxious to see if this will perform the same or if it will be a noticeable difference in the coral

Glad to hear! I was just reading your comment about you considering a XR15 haha glad to see you got one! They are great lights. And thanks I am really happy with the mushrooms they are really bright. Can't wait to see them grow already LoL! And I'll post a pic of the template I'm using

Here is what my schedule im running. This is the Traditional reef template that i changed a little and added the lunar phase to to. My max intensity is set to 68%.

Haven't had time to get out of town to grab any. And been adding a few other upgrades to my tank.

There is a swap this weekend hopefully the wife will give me some allowance lol
