I've had my red sea reefer 250 up and running for around 2 weeks now, and having some issues maintaining the water level in the sump.
I have got the ATO filled up and the float valve open to drip into the return pump compartment however this is where it seems to be getting low on water quite often, and has actually once started pumping air as the water level dropped too low.
Will this be because the ATO isn't keeping up with the evaporation and I need to make the ATO drip faster? or will it be because my return pump is set too high vs how much is coming down the overflow pipe?
Thanks in advance!
