Red Sea reefer 250

I have a Red Sea reefer 250. I have 2 MP40 on each side. I wanted to know how high I should run them right now I have them at 40% on reef crest mode. Is 40% too high or should I go higher and how high. I’m planing on having a mix reef more sps dominate

This is going to depend on your exact tank. Start a little low and work your way up to what looks good for the corals. There isn't an exact answer, just watch how your tank reacts.
