Red Sea Reefer 350 3 months later

Progress of my reef tank in the span of 108 days. Started back in July 25

Livestock:
Blue tang
Copperband butterfly
One spot foxface
2x Clownfish
2x Cleaner Shrimp
Fighting Conch

I have a lot of green algae on my sand and rocks. Is this normal for a 3 month old tank? Also when should I add my first coral?

These have been my settings for about 2 years.
On at 11am, 1 hr ramp up.
1 hr ramp down off at 9pm.
