Red Sea Reefer 350 - Auto Top Up

Does anyone have any experience with this sump?

Below is a youtube video on it. I have my return pump in the back right section and fill my reservoir with RODI water but it doesn't fill? what's wrong? is there a trick to set it up and get it working?

I assume you plugged the tube into the float valve, did you adjust the knob on the float?

yes tube goes from reservoir to top of float valve.

What knob am I adjusting?

Oh right, I haven't. Should it be tight or loose?

Looser, adjust it just enough so water is trickling out of the bottom of the float when the level is too low
