Red Sea reefer 350 Lighting

I have a reefer 350 and I currently have 2 AI prime HD’s hanging above. I have a 3rd one, I just haven’t hung it yet. I am wondering tough, what is the best light cycle to have the lights on ?

Ive always used these which are the ones recommended by Red Sea

I personally have sunrise at 11.45am with a 1 hour ramp up, and then at 7pm I go blue for the evening and then off at 10pm (because the wine has taken effect by then! Lol)

From 7pm when going slowly blue, I also use the random storm and cloud effects as the lights slowly dim and the fish activity starts to slow. It’s quiet magical actually........
