Red Sea Reefer 350 Return Flow

Can anyone tell me what the return flow to the display should be on this setup?

I have the 450 and use an Ehiem 1262 which runs less than 1000gph. They don't need a ton of flow.

Red Sea's recommendation on the Reefer 350 is 790 gph for the return pump

Eheim 1260 would give you 350 gph at 5 foot head height. Which is 5 times your display tank volume and perfect

Sync ran silent is what I’m running on my 250

I coudn’t See doing 700 + gph as that would almost be 10 times turnover just on the return pump. I am using a Sicce 9.0 SDC and it makes around 600 gph at full speed but I am running the return at around 450 right now and running 2 WAV power heads at around 10% each LOL. Those WAV pumps are no joke they kick up sand even at 10% sometimes.
