Red Sea Reefer 850S MAX G2 pump settings?

Hey all, Just got a red sea reefer 850S MAX G2 installed by the LFS. The red sea video about the skimmer says to put the skimmer pump at 100%, but where should I have the return pump? The LFS guys set it at 40% but it feels like a ton of flow in the tank.

I run my Sicce SDC 9.0 @45%, and it's basically the same pump.
