Hey Everyone,
I'm setting up my 525. The bulkhead on the return pipe has a small leak. Its about a drip every few hours from the same spot. I don't see anything cracked. I have tightened the pipe as much as possible. I would really like to be able to unscrew the pipe and make sure the o-ring is good, but I find it maddening that they designed them not to come out.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any thought on how to fix it?

They got back to me today. Apparently you can remove the pipes by pulling up on them as you twist.

well I got the manifold leak free, but then one of the connector fittings split. Hopefully I can get a new one soon. {sigh}

I had the same problem just a few days ago setting up my RSR 425xl. My emergency drain plumbing didn't have a rubber gasket when shipped. I went to my local hardware store and bought a few sizes. Put one on and worked great. Hope this helps
