Hello guys, i ran into an issue that i couldnt fix and i was hoping if someone here know how to fix it.

I recently take my overflow valve out to clean for the first time. Since 6 months after purchase, before the tank is dead silent, i cant hear anything from the overflow. But now after i clean the valve and put it back together, it start to make very loud draining sound. I tried to adjust the valve every 5 minutes but the water level in the overflow does not change in anyway. Is it possible that the valve is broken?
The tank is being very loud and i want to fix this asap. Any input helps.

Thanks in advance

Contact a certified dealer or directly connect Red Sea, and they will sell you a new valve.

FWIW:
I just let vinegar soak inside my Red Sea S-Series downflow valve.
