Red Sea Reefer return line question

I'm sure there is a thread on this but wasn't able to find it very easily.

I'm trying to plump my S2 Vectra pump to my reefer 250. I got the barb kit for the Vecta pump witch is 3/4" I believe the Red sea plumping is 18MM (.708").

How should I go about plumping this? Get some 18MM tubing or convert Red sea barb fitting to 3/4"?

I had an issue with this when I was setting up my RSR 350 this past July. I used a 3/4" slip union fitting and 3/4" insert fitting (to 5/8"). I had to heat the green tubing to get it to fit, but it worked.

I forced the Red Sea Green tube onto the 3/4 nipple. The only proplem is the tube is to short.

I'm looking for 11/16 I.D. (18Mm) tubing. But could only find 1 foot section on Amazon or 400' section from othere places.

3/4 tubing was really loose when connecting it to the hard plumping. I didn't feel comfortable putting a hose clamp over it.

I'll have to keep looking.
