Red Sea reefer sump help!!!

Hey reefers question about my Red Sea 425 sump. My question is the last baffle to the return pump where the micro bubble screen is. I feel like I don’t have enough flow going through my sump I could be wrong but where the water flows through that baffle looks like not a lot of that makes any sense?

I have a Red Sea E-260 with the sump upgrade.. yes, it looks like no flow but if your return pump section water level is stable and not going dry you are good.
