Red Sea Reefwave 25 vs 45 for red sea max e170

Hello my friends.
Like the title says, my e170 needs a reefwave, I know it is recommended by redsea to go with the reefwave 25 over the reefwave 45. However, the 45 is just like $30 more, and I believe you can adjust the flow for corals (not completely sure). So, which do you think I should go with, the red sea reefwave 25 or the 45 for $30 extra dollars (for All coral types and frags, community fish and inverts)?

I have the 25 and it works great. the biggest thing you're going to see is that the 45 is much bigger (length) so finding a spot in your tank might be difficult.
