hello which one is the best, wich would you recommend?

I would go with the MP40 instead of Red Sea gyres. I have heard that their gyres are not that great. I personally have 2 MP40s and they are great as they don’t generate heat in the tank, no wires inside, very easy to do maintenance, and the flow is powerful considering its size.

Could you elaborate a bit?

"0" wires in tank for an in tank power head. They dont collect much surface crud (alage) because they are usully not under direct light

Heat is really not a problem, important for me is the flow.if i need two ecotech for have the same flow ,it will be much more expensive

I'm following as I'd love to hear more. Ecotech vortech pumps are out for me because I need to direct the flow and/or mount very high in the water.

I am thinking about reefwave 45 because the icecap and maxspect look like a PITA to clean. That is a dealbreaker for me. I watched a disassembly and cleaning video and it looks like a miserable chore.

I have a Tunze on one end of a 6' tank and like it, but prefer something more unobtrusive and preferably with more laminar flow for the other end.

I hope some reefwave owners come on here and share their experiences.

I have buy it yesterday,I'm a bit disappointed ,befor I Had a jebao scp150 which was much more powerful, the reefwave is weak compared to the jebao, never one alone, can be suffisant for a tank over 150 cm long .this on is already at the limit for my tank. Unfortunately my jebao died after 6 months and their customer service never replied !
But the quality of the Red Sea is much better and easy to clean and less noisy.the Wi-Fi is also a good thing but confusing.
